The remote executive’s language problem

Your role is bigger. Your rooms are more expensive. Your English has to keep up.

You freeze on the exec call, not the drafts.

Your written English is sharp, but leadership meetings, board updates and investor Q&A demand fluency you can hear in real time.

Your team is global, your day already too full.

Managing a distributed org means switching between Zoom, Slack and email in three time zones — all in a second language.

A generic corporate course wastes your calendar.

You don’t need beginner drills. You need targeted coaching on the exact rooms and messages that decide your quarter.

Frequently asked

Everything senior leaders ask before their first session.

Who is Executive Business English designed for?

Senior leaders and remote professionals who already communicate confidently in writing but need to move fluently in live English — board meetings, investor calls, all-hands, negotiations, and async video updates. Most learners join at CEFR B2 and move into confident C1 territory over 12 to 16 weeks.

How is this different from a corporate group class?

The program is 1:1 by default. Every session is designed around your actual calendar and the exact rooms you’ll walk into next week. There are no generic grammar drills, no 12-person Zoom silence — just intensive, live coaching with a coach who has worked at senior level.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

Two live 60-minute sessions and roughly 60 minutes of asynchronous review — shadowing your coach on Loom, refining your own recordings, and tuning weekly artefacts like your all-hands notes. Most execs run the program for 12 to 16 weeks.

Which time zones do you cover?

Fluenco coaches work live across LATAM (GMT-8 to GMT-3), EMEA (GMT to GMT+3) and North America. We’ll match you with a coach who fits your working hours and can rebook up to two hours before a session.

Can my HR team invoice this at the corporate level?

Yes. Fluenco Academy invoices corporate customers in USD, EUR, MXN or HUF, with quarterly billing options and an HR-friendly progress report shipped every four weeks. Talk to us during the consultation about volume packages for exec teams.

Do you provide progress reports for boards and CHROs?

Yes. Every four weeks you receive a written summary benchmarked against CEFR and against the workplace outcomes you set on day one. Reports are designed to be shared upward — with your CoS, CHRO or board — without any editing.
